Reporting To: Head of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Lead the regional sales responsibility of high-end luxury to budget residential spaces
- Develop market penetration strategy in markets, consistent with company's expansion strategy.
- Manage an established network of real estate brokers to execute market specific penetration strategies and identify potential sites for new restaurant locations.
- Build data-based decision-making matrix
- Continuously track competition and evolve competitive sales strategy
- Promote and enhance the brand and brand image
Senior Manager / Asst VP - Residential Sales - Bangalore
Job Purpose:
- To maximize Anarocks sales revenue and volume in a given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents. Also, act as a single point contact on a Project that he/she leads the delivery operation for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy.
- Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
- Train and evaluate the performance of the team
- Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers Desired Candidate Profile: Functional Skills: - Understanding of the Real Estate Business, Build and handle a strong network of connections, Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends and CRM practices, Exposure to primary sales, Tech Savvy Behavioral Skills: - Ethical and Honest, Takes Ownership, Team management, Attention to detail, Communication Skills, Negotiation skills, Energetic and Positive Industry Preference : Real Estate.
