Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve desired objectives. - Manage sales/marketing operating budgets. - Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends. - Ensure effective control of sales & marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets. - Oversee and evaluate market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. - Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities. - Establish and maintain relationships with industry and key strategic partners. - Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. - Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales related units. - Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed expansion. - Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. Qualification & Skill Requirements : - MBA in Marketing & Sales, with 10-15 years of sales experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Excellent Inter-personal Skills. - Team leader, persuasive and innovative. - Should be able to take critical decisions and handle stress. - Good Leadership / Managerial Skills.
