Job Description

Sales Management: Formulate Strategy; provide guidelines; direct Business development managers in order to achieve sales targets.

Achieving Sales Target: Explore opportunity with current and prospective clients, identify new customer in designated area, plan and evolve sales strategy, understand competition's strategy in order to meet sales target. Guiding the team to meet sales targets,

Profitability: Formulate pricing strategy in order to achieve high profitability. Ensure collection of payment in agreed time frame in order to ensure proper cash flow.

Customer Satisfaction: Communicate and update customers effectively in order to ensure smooth coordination and client satisfaction, solve and communicate issues, educate team in order to get maximum customer satisfaction.

People Management: Understand skill set capability, maturity and expectation of each team member, match work content with expertise and experience, provide feedback, growth and training opportunity in order to build and manage teams and enhance individual and team productivity. creating and leading a cohesive team,

Training: In order to keep the associates in good spirit, training the associates and team to set the vision for the department and provide direction.

Systems and procedure Adherance: Ensure that the entire team follow procedures in every aspect, Reviewing staff performance and completing reporting information and administrative duties on time.
