1) New Assignment for Business Development of Pharmaceutical packaging material, Finished Formulations, export business in Asia & Africa region. Designate strategies and business models for different countries & Channel Partners. 2) Negotiate Commercial business Terms & Implementation 3) Explore markets with different business Strategies 4) Find out right business partner (Globally) for right products & registration process 5) Find out manufacturing source for different pharma segment on contract 6) Manufacturing Agreement, negotiate with manufacturer to finalize business deal. 7) Looking after existing export businesses. 8) Maintain a P&L directly while proposing and executing strategies to launch business in new countries. 9) Manage a team of sales & marketing employees and helping them grow the business. 10) Set various objectives for the countries and Country managers performance based on sales strategies and outlined objectives. 11) The Successful Candidate - You will be in a similar role with atleast 15 years of experience with a leading Pharmaceutical company. You will currently be handling international business for Asia and/or Africa countries 12) Co-Ordination with REGULATORY, SUPPLY CHAIN, PRODUCTION, LOGISTIC & ACCOUNT DEPT. 13) Those who are from the pharmaceutical industry background and handling the above international market in pharmaceutical formulations only need apply.
