Job Description

• Manage the overall operations portfolio including customer services , field operations & service quality management .
• Product portfolio handled includes all CFS operations related to containerize rail operations , customs clearance , coastal shipping & port/terminal operations .
• Also having oversight on key client / KAM program to support/provide overall leadership to all operations across India.
• The role entails working closely with the operations leads/teams across multiple locations to develop cost effective/innovative CFS solutions .
• Mandate also is to effectively implement a viable operational strategy / execution plan for the region involving rapid roll-out of products/initiatives , best practices sharing aimed at standardizing, measuring/managing productivity with the ultimate goal of providing world class service delivery across region

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
1. 15+ years in a client facing role and should have Management experience within the CFS Space
2. Has strong knowledge of Container Line (products and services).
3. Has strong knowledge about the local market, competitor and industry trends
4. Demonstrated results – performance, leadership and organizational wise
5. Coaches extensively his/her team. Supports individual sales people in target accounts
6. Leverages internal and external relationships to expand business opportunities, ideally from within
industry
7. Must be able to also engage and empathise with less senior influencers and users
8. Proven ability to deeply and broadly build an understanding of target customers’ strategic intent and
current position, thereafter identifying opportunities for partnership with associated stakeholders
9. Strong knowledge of Logistics process and solution design outlines
10. Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning a sizeable portfolio of new logo key customers, through combined personal and collaborative selling efforts
11. Proven track record in a matrix, multi cultural organisation, building strong relationships and networks
12. Highly developed consultative selling approach, persuasiveness and influencing skills
