- Hiring and managing an engaged Sales Operations team.

- Ensure Customer Acquisition targets are met

- Enabling Go To Market for the State through various channels - establish synergies with existing video team

- Continuous competition benchmarking for product and services

- Base Growth as per plan

Ensure base growth by effective

Churn Control & Retention & Complaint Management

Manage Customer Experience and Customer Life Cycle

Revenue Growth as per plan & ARPU growth through plan mix

- Oversee Marcom activities in the state

- Cross functional engagement with matrix stake-holders like finance, customer service, and technology (projects and I&FR)

- Continuously engage with end customer and Providing B2B Solutions.

Carry P&L responsibility for state broadband business.
