Job Description

- Overall responsibility for recruiting strategy, implementation, and team management in India & U.S. Region.

- The position is responsible for campus as well as experienced hire recruiting at all levels.

- Front line hiring, volume hiring, mass hiring, bulk hiring.

- Perform to understand and develop current state talent acquisition capabilities to projected business needs, development and implementation of recruiting processes, tools, infrastructure and resources and operationalize an international level talent acquisition capability.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for entry-level, experienced, and executive hiring:

- Assess and augment campus-based initiatives, candidate selection, and internship programs for undergraduate and MBA students

- Design and continually improve globally consistent interview/assessment tools and methodologies appropriate to the specific recruiting objectives of Co's business

- Working collaboratively with Business Head and HR colleagues, develop a coherent, high impact recruitment process to lead a disciplined system, understand and address talent acquisition requirements and priorities

- Personally engage in recruiting efforts as needed with an emphasis on executive-level and difficult-to-fill roles

- Manage and develop the professional skills and capabilities of the Talent Acquisition team

- Manage team workload allocation and performance measures

- Maintain and communicate recruiting metrics and reports to key stakeholders

- Ensure that recruiting tools, processes and systems meet requirements across the diverse geographies in which Co's operates.

- Measure performance of the team for e.g. performance appraisals, confirmation and ongoing feedback and training,

- Build effective vertical and horizontal communication channels,

- Provide efficient leadership to the team,

- Formulate long term plans for the teams.

- Should have at-least 12-15 years of Hands-on depth in experienced hire (executive-level) recruiting is required in BPO Environment (US Staffing would be added Advantage) as well as at least an understanding or familiarity with campus and entry-level recruiting models and processes.

- Subject matter expertise in advanced sourcing, screening, and assessment techniques

- Should have managed a team of AMs/TLs.

- Broader HR exposure and some understanding of other relevant areas such as performance management and career development

- Proven ability to communicate and influence people, including senior and executive leadership

- Excellent leadership skills and experience building a high-trust culture that empowers employees and fosters a strong team environment

- Experience working effectively and collaboratively in a fast turn-around environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point; experience structuring and communicating management reports and recommendations

- Open to travel for recruitment.
