Job Description

To comply with all ISO or OHSAS or any other standard opted by company.
Compliance's & Legal Issues

Getting all audits done from government agencies related to HR.

Proper liaisoning with govt./semi govt. bodies for adherence of laws or handling all legal compliance's at the time of accidents.

Local liaisoning (police & admin) for better working, including sites.

Handling disputes related to labour, contractors, civil etc.

Handling all legal disputes apart from court cases like, site theft, FIR at sites etc. Quarterly auditing preparation and submission of ESI,PF challans.

Auditing statutory registers as per Factory Act norms.

Auditing all compliance's w.r.t. personnel accident insurance, gratuity, EDLI schemes, statutory claim regulations i.e. P.F., E.S.I., Mediclaim etc."
Fixed Assets, ISO/OHSAS and other related audit & certifications "

Verifying assets on a regular basis for easily replaceable items on a regular basis.

Ensure that maintenance of all the documentation as per requirement of ISO audit.

Handle the ISO audit in an efficient manner.

Ensuring OHSAS gets done in timely manner.

Savings of 5% in present admin expense by implementing new innovations & concept."
Interdepartmental Relations "

Daily interaction with team members to increase efficiency. system failure to be brought in notice of management.

To ensure at least one monthly meeting in a month with all inter or intra related department and submission of MOM to management every month. Atleast one HO visit in a quarter to find new development and improve on efficiency."
Liasioning & Relationship Management "

The Liasoning with government offices include submissions of application, processing and obtaining assurance / sanction, complete the work and obtain release order.

Provide inputs,strategy and direction to identify, develop, and implement the best practices for government relations.

Act as the primary liaison between the company, state and central governments for building organisations goodwill.

Obtain & communicate to the management and inform timely about the important government/Banking regulatory initiatives.

Assume other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed, within the ambit of government affairs, Banking and industry. "
Training & Development "
Minimum 2 man hours of training per month to team."
Employee Data,Salary & Wage Administration,Compliance's of Contractors,Compliance's & Legal Issues,Certification & Standardization "

Ensuring timely maintenance of records in HRIS and also as per norms as standing orders, leave status, overtime, loan& advance, accidents related.

Ensure timely disbursement of overtime, leaves encashment, bonus, conveyance payments, reimbursements & arrears payments.

Ensuring all data is updated in ESS.

Ensure salary will get ready for all units by 7th of every month.

Ensure the payments of sub-contractors in the plant.

All formalities & procedures should be followed as per policy."
ESS Monitoning,Plant Reporting and Training & Development "

Visit each plant (Kanwara/Kashipur/Bawal) once in a month, auditing compliance's, security, cleanliness etc.

Submitting the HR MIS to MD office monthly.

Doing monthly audits from HR personnel to plants and submit reports, ensuring smooth functioning of plants.

To ensure 2 Man hrs minimum training every month."
Learning & Development "

Ensure all employee performance programs have appropriate learning & development activities attached.

Regularly conduct training of appropriate staff in areas of human resources such as: Policies and procedures, Recruitment, Managing Performance, Induction.

Establish relationships with suppliers of learning & development services and negotiate the best possible service for such activities.

Provide input into budgets created by the MD for the provision of appropriate training in compliance, skills and development activities.

Create records of employees training activities and report on outcomes.

Identify further opportunities to apply learning and development activities that support individual and team requirements.

Construct train-the-trainer materials where practical and train managers in its use.

Create a library of information in this area to be made available to employees for on-going use.
