Ensuring that the quality is not compromised and be on top of financial activities assigned like Management reporting, Business and Client Performance, Financial Analysis, Variance Analysis
Managing the assigned tasks professionally and efficiently.
Continuously reviewing all processes in order to identify opportunities for quality and process design improvement.
Work closely with Accounting, Standard Reporting and Planning & Control teams to get the work done which is assigned to them.
Ensuring that all activities conducted in the unit are appropriately documented and approved according to the new policies developed for the Finance Shared Service Centre, and that documentation is kept accurate and up to date.
Ensuring that effective system of financial and operational controls are adhered to.
Conduct periodic tests of key controls in accordance with the operational risk policy framework.
Continuous improvement in productivity to drive the efficiencies in the team.
