To manage overall CRM department, All transactions with the customer from acceptance of booking till offer of possession. Collection planning & monitoring for Real Estate business, Standardizations of customer Bucketing etc. - Process formation and strategy implementation for CRM department. - Will be handling escalations and interdepartmental co-ordinations.
