Responsible for preparing competitive offers for incoming and out-going expats
Hand-holding SHRBP / HRBP in negotiating with expats
Providing support to subsidiaries in China, Korea, US, South Africa etc. for compensation revisions, and other C&B related activities
Responsible for analyzing and evaluating external market data as well as internal data about the organization's current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organizations reward strategy.
Responsible for providing compensation data to external agencies for surveys and other official purposes.
Responsible for implementing new benefits plans and renewing existing ones such as Insurance, Parents Mediclaim, Housing loan interest subsidy etc.
Design the Long Term Incentive scheme (stock and non stock).
Adherence to all statutory matters with respect to compensation and benefits.
1. Highly numerate with a clear eye for detail, accuracy and an ability to process and analyze data using multiple inputs
2. Knowledge of SAP HR
3. Knowledge of compensation and benefits theories and principles
4. Knowledge of cutting edge HR reward trends and practices
5. Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel for analysis and presentation of data
