- The Primary role of Business Head MSE will be to set up and grow the MSE business for the company
- He/she will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the strategies, policies, objectives and activities of the business to ensure continuing operations.
- Will be responsible for increasing the market share of the business by expanding & acquiring new customers
- Should have experience of setting up new business & building up teams
- Excellent people management & interpersonal skills
- Exposure to regulatory aspects of MSE - RBI Guidelines is mandatory.
- Good understanding of market & competitive land scape
- Position will be based in Bangalore, Corporate Office
We would prefer Business Head for MSE in the following priority:
1. Has done Business Head/National Sales Head role in both medium/large NBFC and private Bank in MSME space (MSE and/or SME - EEG/BB)
2. Has done Business Head/National Sales Head role in private bank in SME sector (Emerging Enterprise or business banking) - HDFC/Kotak/Yes Bank/ICICI/IndusInd/RBL
3. Has done Business Head/National Sales Head role in medium to large NBFC in MSME sector (Bajaj Finserv/Capital First/ Tata Capital/Fullerton)
Should have led both direct and channel based sales and had accountability of portfolio originated.
