Developing and implementing strategic plans & HR policies, in line with overall organizational goals, preparing detailed budgets & manpower plans.

Overall responsibility of timely recruitments Pan India.

Performance Appraisal & Succession Planning for all employees in different levels.

Provide management with meaningful data through HR Metrics.

Enabling reporting through periodic reviews and documentation management, templates, checklist, etc for Service Delivery

Conducting HR Audits

Developing and implementing Training calendar.

Overall responsibility of accurate and time payroll generation.

Overall responsibility & Statutory Compliance.
