Manage all phase out of slow inventory via scheme and market activation.
Develop & implement BTL Activities to help achieve revenue & profitability targets (with focus on higher contribution products), being the interface between Sales and Corporate/ Product Marketing teams
Get external/ internal Branding updated at Existing dealers, installed at New Dealers, and set-up at new Franchisees through Trade Marketing team for improving Brand visibility
Get Product Displays put up and refreshed at MBOs and Franchisees through Sampling execution by Trade Marketing Team, and providing Display/ Merchandising Tools like Display Stands, Hand Panels
Conduct Market Development Activities for Dealers, Sub-Dealers, Dealers Sales Staff, Masons, Contractors, and aid Marketing in conducting Architect/ Builder Meets, Exhibitions, etc through Trade Marketing team, to improve engagement with Trade and Influencers
Coordinate & execute launch of New Products to improve market penetration & enhance company image
DISPLAY CENTRE MANAGEMENT
Responsible for management of sampling process
Responsible for Display and tracking demand and sales of NPD across Retail stores
Responsible for establishing Marketing Intelligence and Information system for access to latest information and facts about Customers behavior, competitive scenario, new product possibilities etc. Brand Building, Product Launches, Customer Relationship Management, Promotions, events and other direct marketing activities.
Actively assist the Sales Team and Merchandisers in creating, modifying, shuffling of Merchandise Mix for display.
