* EPABX call handling, Tele conferencing, Transferring calls to users, Handling International call conference, Connect calls through bridge number etc.
* Record keeping of all Invoices submitted at the reception and pass it on to the respective department for necessary processing
* Keeping track of courier inward and outward for Domestic & International dispatches
* Handling requests for printing stationery and subsequent job completion
* Material inward delivery i.e. Stationery, Housekeeping Materials, IT equipment, Tape drives, Consumable items, (Water, Tea/ coffee etc.)
* Liaison with vendor for meeting and appointments
* Reviewing Security & Housekeeping register for their duty roster, leave balance etc.
* Stock taking of stationery, daily consumables and re-order
* Guest and Client food arrangements
* Keeping record of Late-night vehicle usage
