Handle all Administration and Procurement related function for the Organization.
Provide exceptional administrative support to senior management, successfully streamlining office processes/procedures to increase efficiency and improving service which involves resolving of discrepancies with a high level of coordination and communication with various departments.
Resolve queries at various levels & to provide timely support to ensure smooth functioning of overall customer care service and administrative duties.
Handling confidential documents such as agreements, financial reports, manuals, business reports of various verticals and fixing up of appointments.
Maintaining attendance & leaves records of employees.
Review of various reports and documents, filing work, maintaining database & MIS reports.
Managing stock-inventory of stationery, logistics & petty cash of branch, House-keeping.
Travel-related arrangements, Liasoning with Travel agent, Airlines, Car Hire, Ticketing, Hotel Booking.
To coordinate with vendors & suppliers for operational requirements viz. quotations, negotiations and placing orders.
Maintenance of office equipments i.e. Fax, photocopier, Shredders, Binders, Tea Coffee vending machines, Water dispensers.
Thoroughly involved in HR activities, handling all documentation work relating to Joining & Exit formalities of Office Staff & House-Keeping staff members.
