A.Front Office Management

2.Proficient in handling of EPBAX
3.Ensuring Desk is manned at all time during working hours.
4.Handling of Monthly MIS, Stationary, Housekeeping, Office Maintenance & other Admin Services
5.Ensure Visitors, Guests & Clients hospitality
6.Coordination with internal Team, HODs and Vendors
for smooth running of office
Sound communication and presentation skills.
8.Ability to learn newer concepts, Coordination with Administration, Accounts Dept and Senior Management
1.Supervise administration of and assist the Senior Management. i.e. (Petty Cash, Day to Day Office Operations, Asset Management)
2.Ensure that all housekeeping staff carryout their cleaning tasks in a consistent manner, assuring conformity to standards by
