All hotel features/ service of operations.
All no. of rooms and layout and location.
All room rates, special package and promotions.
Daily house count and arrival /departures.
Room availability status on any given day.
Scheduled in-house activity, location and time.
Access all function of WINHMS
Answer departmental telephone within 3 rings, using correct greeting and telephonic etiquette.
Ensure that current information on room rates, packages, and promotion is available at the front desk and that all the staff has knowledge of the same.
