Job Description

1) Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
2) Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
3) Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
4) Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges
5) Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
6) Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
7) Should know to use EPBX.
