Adhere to the Client policy pertaining to Visitors & Outgoing calls.
Follow clients / Facility managers instructions during their clients visit/occasions.
Will be responsible for diverting Incoming & Outgoing calls to the concerned.
Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of clients employees phone nos.
Takes message accurately and see that they reach the proper persons
Dial outgoing calls when necessary
Co-ordinates with service providers for routine and preventive maintenance of telecommunication and office automation system
Gives routine information and directs visitors
Receives and signs for registered and insured letters and packages
Performs routine clerical tasks, including receiving and sorting mail, stamping outgoing letters, typing reports, memoranda, payrolls, and menus; does filing
Operating as co-coordinator for help desk
Attend phone calls, connecting in coming and out going calls with Office Executives and office staff.
Extend courtesy to visitors, direct them to as per their requirement
