1) The guest service associate holds a key position by providing the first impression given to the guests.
2) To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product
3) Can Handle queries relating to room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, health club and be able to answer to all such guest related queries
4) Promote services of the hotel among guests.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
BHM/Diploma in Aviation ,Hotel Management
min 1 year with Hotel exposure
willingness to learn
