• Answered several calls of clients and customers, guided them by sorting their queries.
• Handling Check in, Check out and billing.
• Received customers politely and greeted them to leave a positive image of the firm in their minds.
• Received and assisted guests and escorted them to correct destinations, offices, rooms or meeting rooms.
• Performed general secretarial duties, including – scheduling meetings, appointment, faxing and mailing.
• Took verbal and written messages and made sure they got to the appropriate destination.
• Interact well with the public and maintained a pleasant appearance.
• Sorted general complaints and issues of the customers.
• Fixed appointments of managers and clients by seeking permission and as per their schedule.
• Placed orders for all front office accessories and equipments.
• Coordinated briefing with the staff to discuss the issues.
• Collected mails and replied as per the instructions of managers.
• Handling Reservation through calls, mails, and expedia
• Meeting the expectations of the guests by handling their queries and providing them with all the facilities and comfort.
