Shift : day Shift(12ppm-8:30pm)

Handling Outbound Voice Calls
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer
Strong telephony etiquettes(verbal & active listening skills)
Excellent communication skills.
