? Be a true partner to the brand GM to achieve brand and financial objectives.
? Drive S&OP and sales forecast process for effective sales planning
? Prepare a strategic plan and annual budget and trend for the brand and run various simulations as and when required. Anticipate financial risks; when necessary, take appropriate corrective measures
? Manage actuals and forecast reporting to zone for the brand
? Provide insights into business strategy and decisions (e.g. new product launches, optimizing spends) to drive competitiveness of the business
? Manage a cost bucket for the division and lead process improvement in that area
? Good working knowledge of GST and its implications on various P&L lines
? Establish and drive operational processes in line with internal control and compliance requirement as per group norms
Professional Experience: • Masters Degree in Finance /Accounting (Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA) (preferably batch 2009/2010/2011) with total 7-8 years experience and with a minimum of 3 years in business partnering roles • Knowledge of US GAAP, accounting and internal control policies and procedures
• Demonstrated results in analysis, project management and cross-functional team operation • Experience in MIS, Business Support, Planning, Accounts • Fluent English and good knowledge in ERP’S and advance Excel
