Responsible for all Finance & Accounts including Banking, Tax, budgets, internal audit, collections, reporting etc. Finalization of Accounts, Balance sheet, P&L & consolidate corporate accounts & ensure integrity of the general ledger Handle Income tax planning & computation, indirect tax, GST & CLB issues. Liaise with Banks for working capital, term loan, forex etc Manage all audits, procurement & all money matters.
