Assist the selling effort with pre- and post- sales technical support of customer queries, covering all our client solutions products and platforms.
Deal expertly and considerately with all customer issues and queries relating to usage of our client Software products and services. Communicate issues and resolution measures effectively with second level support.
Maintain knowledge on current and new product versions. Display an ability and willingness to intervene and assist customers in their advanced usage of our client Software products, especially in process integration efforts.
Conduct audits of customer code and critiques of customer coding standards using our client Software products and add-ons, and create effective and persuasive written reports, as well as verbal delivery of code quality and coding standard completeness to customers.
Deliver pre-sales demonstrations on our client Software product usage, both within customer sites and to broader audiences.
Proficiency in C and C++ is necessary. Experience of compilation/ make systems integration would be an advantage.
A demonstrated enthusiasm for high-quality and systemised approaches to software development will be a distinct advantage.
Strong customer facing skills, and able to handle technical issues in a sales environment.
Empathetic to customer needs, and persuasive in dealing with issues when and where necessary.
Organised, capable of handling pressure well, flexible in terms of working pattern and travel requirements.
Must be a good communicator.
