As part of the Network Operations within Oracles Global Information Technology organization, you will be responsible for the front-line support of IT network and communication services across Oracles worldwide business. The role will consist of:
Utilization of network management tools to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve network and communication events and incidents (including performance) across the corporate network.
Work directly with internal customers and senior support staff to troubleshoot and resolve events and incidents.
Leverage established work instructions and operating procedures to execute corrective actions and/or escalation requirements while responding to network and communications events and incidents.
Maintain records across corporate tools in accordance with established work instructions and operating procedures.
Review, understand, apply and suggest improvements across all tools, work instructions and operating procedures used within daily operations.
