Job Description

"6+ years of experience in Facilities Management with large Indian or multi-national companies.

Hand on experience in managing all aspects of FM (technical, soft services, general administration). Manage delivery of FM services. The responsibilities will include operation & maintenance of mechanical / electrical equipment, power supply, air-conditioning, water supply, fire fighting systems, general building maintenance, space management, housekeeping services, pantry / vending / food services, horticulture, pest control, mail room, conference infrastructure, front office and any other services as specified in the service agreement. "
