- Technical and Behavioral Skills: Good communication skills.
- Education - BE/B.tech and MCA only
- 1 to 2 Years- out of which 1+ years of customer service experience required.
- Knowledge on Incident Management, Server Operation Systems, FTP concepts, Network-ing concepts mandatory and Data Center etc.
- ITIL certification and Technical certifications like CCNA, RHCE/ RHCSA, VCA, CLA, MCSE is added advantage
- Highly effective oral, written communication and presentation skills required.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Work in 24x7 rotation shifts and potential for Weekend OnCall support
- Exposure on monitoring tools (Zabbix/ Pingdom/ OpTier/ Spectrum/ Solarwinds/ Splunk etc.) would be an added advantage.
