Job Description

What we are looking for - Executive Talent Acquisition Job Description: Company:- Aeronube Technology Location:- Pune Job Responsibilities: -Manage the sourcing, interviews, closures and other hiring activities for all the IT positions of IT clients. -Ensure that all the documentation (i.e. Job Description, specifications, general information, tracking and applicant flow) is complete for all open positions. -Posting and sourcing candidates through various - Job sites, social networking sites, Head Hunting etc. -Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement. -Conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc. -Follow up for the feedbacks, with the business -Closing the positions within the TAT -Proper Follow up after the Selection with the Candidates -Working knowledge of any Applicant tracking system will be a plus. -Salary negotiation for the candidates to be on boarded -Arranging and Setting up Recruitment Drives to close the open positions across all levels within the TAT. -Ensuring timeliness delivery of profiles for Review to the Hiring Managers. -Meeting with the respective Hiring Managers to understand the open positions -Taking regular updates from Hiring Managers to close on the positions. - Should have good knowledge in Word, Power and Excel. Candidate should have depth understanding of end to end recruitment cycle with exposure to different IT skills Should have experience in handling and closing niche skills, this position will be more of an individual contributor role with minimal supervision Desired Skill Set: *Min 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. *Excellent communication skills. *Must have experience for hiring client requirements. *Candidate should have experience in C2H or contract staffing. Experience required for the Job: 1 - 4 years
