Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : Business Development: - Build new client relationships through research, cold calling, and continuous engagement - Ensure right positioning of the firm - Identify emerging business trends and build strategies to capitalize on them Execution : - Understand the client requirement and translate that into keywords important to conduct a thorough internal and public databases search - Use headhunting, job boards and references as methods to conduct a detailed research - Lead a team of associates, to provide them direction and timely support - Build a high-performance work environment - Adhere to internal systems, MIS and processes Candidate Profile : - The right candidate should have a background in consulting or executive search - We are looking at people with a flair for research and relationship management - An ideal candidate shall be someone who is a functional expert and wants to move out of a corporate career, preferably with desire to be an off-roader The right candidate should have the following background : - Should have a strong flair for business development and an unrelenting focus on outcome quality - Should be a graduate from a leading educational institution and preferably an MBA - Should have shown academic brilliance and should have excelled in extra-curricular field - Should be organized, analytical and have strong mathematical quotient - Should have strong oral and written communication skills - Should have a problem-solving attitude - Should be very hands-on Being a small firm we do expect the candidate to demonstrate dexterity in picking up cross-functional responsibilities.
