MDM Tools, AV and Borad room equipment , Latest electronic gudget and Microsoft office Products 2. Technologies & areas of understanding: A.) Windows & MAC devices B.)Smart Gadgets: Android Devices, IOS, Smart Watches, Smart TV's 3. Managing video conferencing solutions 4. Home automation 5. Basic networking skills 6. Vendor Coordination and arrange products across the globe BEHAVIORAL SKILLS: 1. Able to interact with Senior Management members. 2. Polite in communication. Quick response with alternative solution. BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING: l Understand the need of IT Support and Electronic Gudget support of VIP users and provide them quick solution. OPERATING NETWORK:- 1. Internal Team:- l IT & Electronic gudget support to Directors and their residance. New Electronic Gudget and Mobile Product evaluation, Coordinate with IT Functional Team for quick support to Directors and their residence and effective utilisation of Microsoft Product for Mobile. MDM administration.Guide HelpDesk Team for Mobility Support. Get AV/VIP/HD team support for Director floor support. 2. External Team:- l Coordinate with Service provider and Partner for timely and effective Service support. Help Directors guest on Electronic Gudget as and when reuired. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. VIP Support - a) IT/AV support for Directors office/floor and Home (including home and office automation). Supervision of IT/AV support for Director Floor. b) Electronic Gadget evaluation for Directors, Procurement, Configuration, testing and Installation. c) Meeting Support for Directors and their guest ( Office and Off Office hour) Supervise Laptop/Mobile Device Support for VIP users ( MacBook, iPhone, iPad, Surface). 2.Mobile Applications. 3. Mobile device Management. 4. Microsoft Intune. 5. Mobile Helpdesk Support. 6. IT Project related with Mobility and VIP Support.
