Candidate should be ready to work on Saturdays or Sundays from home in case of emergency only.
"5 days a week organization & late sitting depending upon the work load.
Screening of phone calls and visitors
Schedule and organize meetings involving top management. Coordinate meetings by arranging boardrooms, preparing agendas and support materials and prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
Information to cater to the targets of the Manager.
Arrangement related to travel, accommodation
Updating contacts and articles in the database, using database to export information, merge letters, make contact lists, produce labels and prepare group emails
Identify and prioritize different tasks related to the Managers office and delegate it to various team members
Organize Video and Audio conferences for participants spread across the world.
Schedule Client , team meetings, workshops, events and conference calls;
Organize corporate events like lunches on meetings, cocktails & dinner gatherings for internal and external groups, training seminars, etc. Arranging offsite conferences.
Maintaining marketing calendar.
Keeping track of marketing budget for events. Preparing a summary of actual cost / budgeted cost and submitting it to the Director
Presentation and formatting of Newsletters, Finance Analysis Reports, Research & other contractual documents
Communicated effectively via letters/ faxes/ emails/ memorandums.
Organizing Office Correspondence, handling of inward and outward mail, messenger service, telephone, fax, telex, email."
