Prepare agendas and make arrangements for management meetings, town halls and other meetings
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Compile, Transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
Coordinate Manager's schedule and makes appointments for meetings and calls. Arrange and coordinate travel schedules, itineraries and reservations.
Responsible for managing Calendar (meetings & appointments)
Ticketing/ Travel arrangements & Travel booking and related activities
Read and route incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail, including e-mail and faxes. Answer and screen Manager's telephone calls, and arrange conference calls.
Minimum 4+ year of relevant exp is Must.
Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
