Job Description

An investment company, newly set up by a professional who has headed India operations for a major American private equity firm, is looking out for an Executive Assistant cum Office Manager who handle the following responsibilities- manage appointments, manage calendar, handle correspondence, attending to calls, make travel arrangements, car and hotel booking, arrangement of forex /visa formalities/foreign tour requirements/travel insurance, etc Circulate agenda and make minutes of meetings, Office maintenance, appointment of office staff, ordering stationery, office furniture etc.  attend to clients, and any other responsibilities that would be necessary to run the office smoothly. Desired Candidate Profile - Graduate, preferably with 5-7 years experience in administration function Experience as assistant to head of organisation Experience in handling all aspects of office management Very good communication skills Experience of working with an investment firm, broking house, consulting firm with client handling experience would be an added advantage Women who have had the requisite experience but have been on a career break and wanting to get back to work are encouraged to apply Only candidates from Mumbai need to apply
