Job Description

KRAs Strategy: Assists the MD in reviewing and accurately analyzing business performance on regular basis Provides strategic inputs and analytical support by constantly monitoring business performance, through periodic MIS and weekly calls with the Leadership team Drafts strategic reports and prepares presentations for top management review Business Performance Management: Prepares and maintains critical dashboards for management review by effectively collecting data from all stakeholders and publishing the same periodically Works closely with business leaders to track large ticket sales orders/funnel and other business related updates Assists MD in setting-up review meetings, records minutes, follows-up and tracks pending actions from attendees Partners effectively with the finance team to accurately report business numbers Helps rationalize business forecasts by reconciling it with data received from all SBUs from time to time Critical Projects: Drives initiatives and projects on behalf of the MDs office, and regularly updates the progress to the MD Provides updates to the marketing team on performance highlights,deals, prepares talking points for conferences, etc. Customer Experience: Ensures customer/client queries and escalations are seamlessly resolved by routing them to the respective teams Being the voice of the customer with the internal teams. Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate Profile: Engineer+MBAs (premier institutes) with 3-9 years work experience in Product/ Business Development / Business Analyst/ Strategy with large, reputed service organisations (e.g healthcare, hospitality, logistics/freight, management consulting etc.). Competencies: Analytical & Presentation Skills Reasoning & Influencing Skills Presentation Skills & Training Capabilities Commercial & Business Acumen Computing Skills - Proficiency in M.S Office People Management & Interpersonal Skills.
