Under limited direction, performs secretarial and administrative assignments of a confidential nature for managers.
This may include, but will not be limited to, diary management; scheduling meetings; booking meeting rooms; coordinating travel arrangements including booking travel tickets and settlement of related expenses; preparing and distributing minutes of meetings; maintenance and ordering of office supplies.
Regularly coordinates meetings and makes travel arrangements.
Typically requires a high school education and demonstrable experience in similar secretarial/admin assistant roles.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential issues.
Position requires poise, tact and diplomacy. Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization, mindful of the culture and diversity of the audience.
Must be familiar with and be able to use personal computers, data storing, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
