Collection follow through and ensuring customers pay on time.
Data Updation & Maintenance - Responsible for maintaining all internal office data in a systematic manner. Reports related to payments, collections, candidate details, office expenses et al, must be maintained.
Basic Housekeeping management - The person will also be responsible to ensure the upkeep of the office and ensure that all basic utilities and facilities are in sound working order and well maintained.
The person must be diligent, sincere, extremely honest and ethical. Integrity and trust worthiness is key for this role.
The ideal candidate would be a lady who preferably lives in the Whitefield vicinity.
We are open to individuals who have prior admin experience, as well as those who are keen on such opportunities.
Strong written and verbal communications are essential for this position.
