-- Total 10+ years with Minimum five (5) years of technical experience supporting a multi-site Lync environment. with a minimum of three (3) years specific knowledge of Enterprise
-- Voice integration solutions with Avaya Communication Manager,Cisco Cucm and other Gateway/PBXs
-- Minimum eight (8) Years of technical experience in support Exchange environment.
-- Knowledge & familiarity with Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013 and MS UM Dial-plans.
-- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-- Responsible for ongoing maintenance and support of the Exchange 2010/2013, O365 and Lync 2013 systems, and all associated infrastructure components.
-- Responsible for ownership of escalated incident by L2 team.
-- Responsible for incidents and support issues from L3 and above, including Severity 1 incidents, outages & root cause analysis.
-- Tracking mails for various issues and reports as per management need
-- Develop and implement strategies for providing facilitative support resulting in fewer incidents, increased availability, or accelerated deployments
-- Receive escalated, technically complex mission critical issues, and maintain ownership of issue until resolved completely
-- Experience in upgrading, installing, configuring, designing and migrating to Lync 2013
-- Should be able to make HLD and LLD for Lync and should have experience creating design presentations on Lync 2013
Should have Lync with Enterprise Voice experience namely:
-- Experience in Sip trunking concepts and E1 and T1
Must have Experience in Lync 2013 with full Voice and Video integration
-- Experience in utilizing Lync as a PBX replacement
Must have diverse technical background with experience on multiple technologies
--Broad knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies and its integration with Lync Server
--Good in server administration and troubleshooting
--Good knowledge on the working for SBC, SBA, Director Server etc.
Good knowledge on Working on Lync Audio/Video enabled polycom phones.
Installing and managing the Exchange Server 2010, 2013 and latest
Must have working knowledge of exchange aware third party antivirus program and SPAM filter software
Understanding internal, external mail flow and Troubleshooting Mail routing issues
Good hands on experience in Various Disaster Recovery Scenarios
Experience in managing global configuration for Exchange.
Strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2010 in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures
