Meet the SLA and QOS level
Co-ordinate with other teams
Co-ordination and handle the Vendor support for products w.r.t. Messaging Infrastructure.
Resolve all escalated pending and failed calls
Provide detailed RCA for all P1 issues
Perform pro-active Capacity Planning for Exchange
Perform and own Change Management related to Messaging infrastructure
Participate and own Service Improvement initiatives
Update the knowledge base and documentation
Designing and planning of Microsoft Exchange 2010 with DAG and CAS Array (Understanding of O365 is desirable)
Migration and consolidation of Exchange.
