Job Description

Experience:- 2 to 5 years.

Qualification:- Any Graduate/ B.E

Industry:- Service Industry

Product :- Fire Alaram/ CCTV/ Access control/ Biometric/ Boom barriers.

Job profile :
The main objective is to estimate the value of the project being tendered as a part of business development.

Other responsibilities include:

Preparing Pre-Qualification documents as per client’s requirement
Evaluating the tender documents and taking part in bid initiation
A clear understanding of the scope of work and providing the best estimation for the execution of the project
Floating enquirers to suppliers/vendors
Preparing comparison studies based upon supplier’s quotations
Negotiation with the suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of the product
Doing value engineering based upon the client’s budget.
Calculating BOM, BOQ based on drawing received from client/consultant.
Estimate the quantities required for relevant projects.
Preparation of cost estimates & techno commercial proposals
Purchase & Billing

Preparing purchase orders as per final negotiations
Preparing quotations on Ms Excel.
Receiving the material as per the orders and scheduling the delivery for the same
After the delivery of material, raising the invoice/bills on time
Follow-up with the clients for the payments.
Required Skill sets :

Candidate must have good Ms Excel knowledge.
Must be able to make quatations on Ms Excel
