Technical understanding - Geography and Topography of land
Understanding of Zoning ordinance for master plan implementation.
Scrutiny and clearance of Legal and statutory documents related to Lands - eg. 7/12 extracts, laws of the land, D.C. Regulations, Development Plans, state specific rules etc.
Understanding and knowledge of - NBC codes, Records of land right, Land survey etc.
Critical scrutiny and approval of Architecture drawings and getting corrections done.
Support documentation requirements to ensure delivery of projects w.r.t. desired Quality, within Budget and as per Target timelines.
Maintain and manage documents related to estates managed by company
Liaison with Govt and non Govt bodies for clearances and favourable decisions.
