Profile : 1.Calling and confirming batch and language of newly enrolled Ignite clients. 2.Conducing Orientation sessions. 3. Ensuring the attendance and maintaining high quality client servicing throughout the year. 4. Guiding clients to complete the Control Trade. 5. Getting the clients renew their subscription after completion of 1 year of Ignite program. 6. Act as a one point contact to the client for all his queries.
