Key Deliverables The Pre- Sales Technical team is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing our customers. Primarily engaged in a presales technical consultancy role, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams on proposal activities. Key Responsibilities Product presentation/ demonstration Support with technical qualification Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal Build custom Demo s Provide first- line technical support for software evaluations. Support customer events Prepare software order forms for spares Monitor accurate and correct delivery of software sold Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers Provide any technical input needed for proposals Should have problem solving ability, understand knowledge of PCB circuit boards and capable of handling all kind of servicing. Education- Diploma - Electronics and Communication or Electrical and Electronics Engineer.
