Job Description

• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Interacting with business stakeholders for understanding business requirements, conducting UAT and follow through on all SDLC deliverables.
• To co-ordinate activities with internal team members to ensure their deliverables are seamlessly integrated and delivered as per schedule.
• Participate in meetings and understand different business processes & functionality in detail.
• Conducting system study and coordinating with team members for System Design & Integration, Application development & maintenance, Application solutioning and bid submissions.
• Knowledge of CRM Dynamics and SQL Server database desirable.
• Delivering and implementing the project as per target dates & extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the client.
• Understanding and demonstrating the criticality of the business requests.
• Ensuring delivery as per committed dates.
• Vendor coordination for resolving issues & escalating the same whenever required to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer.
• Ensure project rollouts are managed within budgets and there are no cost and schedule overruns.
• Client Management (Internal) & overall stakeholder management - both internal and external customers. Communication of any downtimes, outages and RCA is a key element.
• SME for Business process and help in arriving at solution which will be acceptable by operations, where required get directions from Solutions team.
• Participating in the SRS/understanding document creation
• Project Plan or Activity Plan ownership.
• Attending and Managing internal conference calls and meetings for handling
• Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with the Regional Client Engagement Manager.
• Take responsibility for tracking and managing scope, schedule, communications and dependencies between VFS Global team and other external teams including third parties.
• Assist in Change management and Release management process and Participate in risk management meetings
• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timelines with relevant stakeholders.
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
