Job Description

1. Collaborate with all business units to address employee issues proactively and provide guidance on specific Human Resources discipline, develop program & processes to support business objectives
2. Assess, create and implement innovative solutions for engaging with people
3. Cultivate and nurture a high performing organization
4. Review and analyze trends in employee turnover, employee engagement surveys, pulse sessions and recommend solutions to improve employee experience, performance, and retention
5. Consult with managers on employee performance and development activities, balancing as an advocate for employees and the organization
6. Assess leadership and employee development training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate
7. Provide ongoing support to the HR leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures.
8. Ability to influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization, change thinking, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations without damaging relationships
9. Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
10. Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives
11. Ability to craft and analyze data to influence decision-making
12. Effective communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills
