Job Description

As an email marketing analyst, you'll design and execute various email marketing activities. youll gain exposure to a variety of industries and business models, helping your career growth and professional development.
As an Email marketing analyst, you would closely interact with marketing stakeholders and support their direct email marketing programs which includes create and send the personalized emails containing, thoughtware, newsletter, webcasts and events. This would require you to be involved in all stages of email execution (creating, testing, deployment and reporting) and the ability to prioritize without a direct oversight from manager. Here are few of other responsibilities.
Create and optimize HTML responsive templates following the brand guidelines
Create landing pages/sign up forms using the Dreamweaver in defined layouts
Test and ensure email compatibility across various platforms (mobile/desktop) and browsers
Recommend email marketing best practices with coding, design and testing of email campaigns
Set up the Fundamental blocks in marketing automation tool (Emails, Forms, Landing Pages,
Progressive Profiling, Segmentation, Campaign Canvas, Lead Scoring/generation, Program Builder, Integration)
Work with US team on testing and launching the advanced email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs using the marketing automation tool
Monitor, analyze and report on the campaign performance metrics
Collaborate and provide assistance to stakeholders when needed and share ideas
Create process documents and presentations to share the performance of various marketing programs
Assist in identifying process issues and developing solutions
2-3 years of experience in email marketing/campaign management/demand
Hands on experience with Web development tools / technologies such as HTML, CSS,
Dreamweaver, and JavaScript
Advance knowledge in marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua)
Basic knowledge in CRM tools like Salesforce
Proficiency in excel, word and PowerPoint
Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and analytical acumen
Professional qualification Graduate /B.Tech/ M.Tech/MBA or equivalent
