Sales Administrator plays a key role within the organization. They will serve as a liaison between Customers, Sales Managers, and other departments within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction. Will analyze, monitor and report to the Management representative on sales force performance. A customer focused individual who ensures promises are delivered upon. A mature individual who will be able to foster a climate of trust and cooperation with colleagues & customers.
Salary details: The CTC will be around Rs.1.2 to Rs.1.7 Lakhs per annum.
The starting salary will be Rs.10,000 / - + +
CTC breakup will be: Fixed salary + Benefits + Monthly open ended Incentives
Benefits include PF, ESI, Mediclaim, Leave encashment, Accident Insurance, Gratuity and Bonus.
Incentives will depend on the performance of the individual.
A Sales Administrator with an innate enthusiasm for sales, which reflects in his/her performance, will naturally move up the ladder towards Business Development roles, developing into positions in Marketing and Strategizing subsequently.
