Job Description

The SAP/SuccessFactors offering focuses on engagements in SAP HR and SuccessFactors product suites. We are looking for people with functional expertise in SAP HR and SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on large SAP HR/SuccessFactors HR Transformation projects in a functional consultant role. The key job responsibilities include the following: Understand Business Processes Identify, document as-is processes and design & recommend to-be processes Map Buisness Processes to SAP/SuccessFactors Analyse & identify system limitations and requirement gaps Configure & unit test in relevant SAP/SuccessFactors modules Write/ review Functional Specification / Configuration Workbook documents Develop test scenarios, scripts, cases, data Lead and/or support cutover preparation, go-live activities and hypercare support The key skills required are as follows: 2+ years of SAP HR experience and / or SuccessFactors certification & experience SuccessFactors Certification required with experience & expertise in one or more areas: Performance & Goal Management, Succession Planning & CDP SAP HCM Certification preferred but not required and functional experience & expertise in one or more areas: SAP US Payroll (Gross - Net) , SAP Time Management (US), SAP Benefits (US) SAP Organizational Management, SAP Personnel Administration Should have worked on minimum two life-cycle implementation SAP HR projects Worked on at least one SuccessFactors implementation project.
