Job Description

Assess packaging needs of E-commerce & 3PL companies & develop go-to-market strategy & tactical plans to profitably grow the business

Monitor & have in-depth knowledge of E-commerce sector, key customers, competitors, trends, returns management, patent inbox etc

Develop communications strategy working along with marketing team, develop compelling collateral including customer success stories & testimonials

Undertake primary & secondary research to refine overall strategy

Along with Marketing develop customer playbooks, use segmentation techniques to advance pricing management best practices

Responsible for assessing E-Commerce portfolio health, evaluating customer profitability

Align strategy with Customer Leadership Teams, Sales & Product Management; Develop tactical plans & tools to share our differentiated value effectively

Manage local, national & Global Key Accounts, develop VALPRO for sales teams

Assist sales teams to close deals; strong presentation & communication skills

Think strategy & analysis, be versatile & agile for a fast, high performance environment

Willing to travel up to 50-60% including overnight
